Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for experiences booked through NativeMeet. By booking an experience on NativeMeet, you agree to the terms set forth in this policy.

1. User-Initiated Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled experience time are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience are not eligible for a refund

2. Cancellation by NativeMeet or Host

In the event that an experience is canceled by NativeMeet or the host due to unforeseen circumstances, safety concerns, or operational reasons:

  • Users will be offered a full refund, or
  • The option to reschedule the experience

3. No-Show Policy

  • The booking will be treated as a no-show
  • No refund will be issued

If a user fails to attend the scheduled experience without prior notice, the above policy applies.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank

5. Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In certain situations, partial refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of NativeMeet, including but not limited to:

  • Late arrival affecting participation
  • Early termination of the experience
  • Minor service disruptions

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests arising from exceptional situations (such as medical emergencies or unavoidable travel disruptions) may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of NativeMeet.

7. Payment Issues

In case of:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Failed transactions
  • Incorrect charges

Users are requested to contact NativeMeet support immediately for resolution.

8. Policy Modifications

NativeMeet reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the platform.
